蘇蔡配競選正副龍頭 民進黨團鼓掌通過

民進黨立法院長人選，今天(29日)出現戲劇化發展，昨天(28日)黨中央協調後，堅持不退的黨團總召柯建銘，一早找立委陳明文、蘇嘉全協調，柯建銘跟陳明文都表態支持蘇嘉全，今天(29日)黨團大會也鼓掌通過，蘇嘉全與立委蔡其昌搭配，競選正副龍頭，蘇蔡配也立刻拜會時代力量黨團，尋求支持。

民進黨團一早要開黨團大會，討論正副院長人選，3位候選人，陳明文柯建銘跟蘇嘉全，突然一起現身。

民進黨團總召柯建銘：「今天早上8點，找我們蘇委員還有陳委員，3個人自己協調，我們支持蘇嘉全當我們院長候選人。」

立委(民)陳明文：「民進黨支持者都期待民進黨團結，我相信台灣人民都期待，台灣這個國家能夠更團結。」

立委當選人蘇嘉全：「大家覺得我們不能夠讓人民失望，我們也不應該讓黨中央，介入這個選舉，所以柯總召說今早，他說他整晚都睡不著覺，所以一早打電話邀請我們來。」

3人協商好，柯建銘陳明文都挺蘇嘉全，黨團不用假投票廝殺，鼓掌通過，蘇嘉全與蔡其昌搭配，選正副龍頭。

只是前一天，黨主席蔡英文不僅請出黨內大姊大，高雄市長陳菊找3人協調，蔡英文還當面向柯建銘說，你可以稍微讓一下嗎？

民進黨團總召柯建銘：「(會不會覺得有點委屈)，你看我今天不是很高興嗎，好不好，(蔡英文有沒有給你壓力)，你在這些問題我所有問題到這為止，你不要再見縫插針。」

被問到蔡英文有沒有給退選壓力？柯建銘變臉走人，傳出前一晚，為了讓柯建銘知難而退，黨中央透過前黨秘書長林錫耀等，向新系下指令，黨內最大派系新系，不僅轉向支持蘇嘉全，游系也傳出倒戈。

立委段宜康：「沒有甚麼方向，我們各自這是，反正黨團每個人都是一票，自己做判斷自己做決定，自己要做判斷要做決定，當然會很煎熬，所以黨團自主就會自己內心，內心在煎熬。」
